I was a touring musician for almost 15 years, living in and out of hotels, tour buses, and airports. After so much time on the road, the importance of having a place to call home really resonates with me. It’s been almost 20 years now since I stopped touring. Nearly 1,000 real estate transactions later, I’ve gained some unique experiences and insight into what works in the LA real estate market and what doesn’t.

Every client, every home, every transaction is unique. I don’t approach the sale of your home with a one-size-fits-all model because that isn’t going to work best for you. I’m not just trying to sell your house or get you a new one; I want to see you build a home and a life where you can flourish personally and creatively. I make it my business to understand your home and your neighborhood well enough to be able to identify who the buyer will be before we get started. That way, we can reverse engineer our plan, making sure the right buyers experience your home in a way that will have them emotionally engaged from the moment they see it.

Whether it’s in getting your house ready for sale or working on your new home, I’ve got a vetted pool of inspectors, contractors, maintenance workers, videographers, stagers, electricians, and more. You’ve got enough going on without having to research every subcontractor you might need — we’ve done the legwork for you.

I understand how emotional and stressful it can be to buy or sell a home. For most of us, it’s the biggest purchase we’ll ever make. I don’t take that lightly, whether it’s your first house or your 50th. My goal is to offer you the most professional experience alongside levity, humor, and genuine connection. Of course, I want to help every client do as well on their sale or purchase as possible, but never at the expense of their sanity.
